Planning Meeting

You know the old saying - "Failing to plan is planning to fail".

The more work we put into the plan the more certain you can be that you are satisfied with the final result.

This means I will ask you a lot of questions to discover what result you want from the videos. In this phase we also explore the script options to decide how best to deliver your message.

After the meeting we do the work required and review what we have agreed.

The Shoot

Variables in the shoot depend on where, when and how long.

Expect to do the same shots more than once and to repeat yourself, because rarely is the first take the best one. It gets easier each time you do it and you feel more comfortable in front of the camera with the practice.

The shoot is the shortest time frame of the project.

Editing

Editing is by far the most time consuming element. With each minute of delivered film taking perhaps a day to edit.

You review the first cut and deliver your feedback. Then we go back to the editing suite to go through the video with a fine comb and adjust for your feedback.

You review the second cut and if there are further changes we make those and deliver the final video for your approval.
